学徒制

At 绿洲 we are passionate about apprenticeships, and understand the incredible opportunities they can create for people to develop the skills and knowledge to truly add value to their future careers. 

For some young people university is not the most appropriate option and yet many do not feel equipped with the knowledge or skills to be able to move into the workplace. 学徒制 are vital in supporting young people to make the transition into the world of work. Not only do apprentices gain a qualification but workplace learning facilitates a growth in confidence, knowledge and skills.

Did you know, apprenticeships are for everyone! We typically offer apprenticeships in one of two ways, either by advertising an apprenticeship alongside a vacant job role, or by allowing existing colleagues who already work for us to take up an apprenticeship alongside their current role. If you already work for 绿洲 and begin an apprenticeship, there will be no change to your terms and conditions, although you will need approval from your line manager.

We are proud to have over 200 apprentices working within our family, and offer over 30 different apprenticeships. 绿洲 社区 Learning has partnered with  specialist training providers to offer exciting and relevant apprenticeship training programmes and opportunities across our family, 在全国范围内.
